Do you offer a warranty on your electrical work?
Yes. At Trident Power, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
If an issue occurs within 12 months that is directly related to our workmanship, we will return to inspect the issue and, where the fault is found to be due to our workmanship, rectification will be at no additional labour cost.
Is there a warranty on the electrical products installed?
Yes. Products and components supplied and installed by Trident Power are covered by the manufacturer's product warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Product warranties cover faults with the product itself and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
What isn't covered by the workmanship warranty?
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised alterations or repairs, external factors, normal wear and tear, or faults with existing electrical installations or equipment that were not caused by Trident Power.
If you're unsure whether an issue is covered, simply contact us and we'll be happy to assess it.
Common Electrical Emergencies
Electrical problems that may require urgent professional attention include:
Burning smells from electrical equipment
Sparking power points
Damaged electrical equipment
Repeated circuit tripping
Safety switches repeatedly operating
Partial power loss
Electrical damage following storms
Damaged wiring
Switchboard problems
Exposed electrical components
Other suspected electrical hazards
If you believe there is an immediate danger, stay clear of the affected equipment and contact the appropriate emergency service where necessary.
Switchboard Problems
Your switchboard plays an important role in protecting electrical circuits throughout your property.
If a circuit is repeatedly tripping, don't simply keep resetting it without investigating the cause.
The underlying problem could involve an appliance, wiring, circuit or switchboard equipment.
Trident Power can inspect the installation and recommend the appropriate solution.
